Christmas is branded as 'the most wonderful time of the year' - but we know better than anyone that this isn't always the case. This year in particular has seen our client base increase to over 32,000, as we all feel the impact of the Cost of Living Crisis. We expect this demand will continue over the festive period, so we have prepared some information below on how you can access our telephone adviceline, self help resources, and assistance from other organisations who are here to help those facing a crisis situation at Christmas.

Christmas support and provisions on our closure days
