Citizens Advice Liverpool is Liverpool’s leading provider of advice and advocacy services. We are a local, independent charity and our services are free, confidential and impartial.
Our General Advice team is only a phone call away and ready to support you 7 days a week. We also have a number of specialist teams who can provide advice and help for more complex cases. We take a holistic approach to providing advice, and can help you with several issues at a time if necessary.
Citizens Advice Liverpool has four permanent offices and more than 30 outreach locations across the city. Our offices are currently open by appointment only due to COVID-19 restrictions, however we are continuing to provide help online and over the phone.
We are here for everyone, whatever the problem.
