During the festive period, our operating hours will change slightly. Our volunteers and staff deserve a well-earned break after a year of supporting the people of Liverpool, so we're running at a reduced capacity from Monday 22nd December - Friday 2nd January.

Please note: we will be offering telephone advice only during this time.

For advice on issues such as debt, welfare benefits, housing, energy, discrimination, and family matters - we're here to provide you with free, confidential and impartial advice. Our telephone service is open 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.

We are closed on weekends and bank holidays: including Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day. There are some further changes to our operating hours on the following dates:

Wednesday 24 December: 9am - 3pm

Monday 29 December: 10am - 4pm

Tuesday 30 December: 10am - 4pm

Wednesday 31 December: 10am - 4pm

Freephone: 0808 278 7840.
