Debt Advice Drop-in: Wavertree Office

When you first arrive at the drop-in, you will be asked to briefly describe the issue you are facing to ensure you are in the right place for your problem. Next, you will be taken to our waiting area to complete the relevant forms. The adviser will let you know an estimated wait time until you are taken in to your appointment.

Your drop-in appointment will be approximately 1 hour long, and is designed to help you begin tackling the problem(s) you are facing. It's likely a follow-up appointment will be made for you to continue the next steps in helping you find a way forward.

Please note: drop-ins are high in demand and we expect these services to be extremely busy. The adviser running the session will close the drop-in once capacity is reached. We reccomend arriving early to increase the likelihood of seeing an adviser that day.
