I work with a fantastic team who help me manage the recruitment and initial training for all volunteers at Citizens Advice Liverpool. Supporting all our volunteers and seeing them progress within the service, or take new challenges outside the organisation, makes us proud.
We also lead and manage work towards Inclusion, Learning and Development, Communications, and Safeguarding at Citizens Advice Liverpool. Working here is a great experience. The commitment, values and diverse areas of work bring us together as one, to create a supportive environment for those in whose lives we strive to make a difference.
For more than twenty years I have worked with Liverpool Children and Family Services, both as a volunteer and as a paid worker. I have worked at national and regional level, and have supported individuals and organisational development in public, private and third sector organisations. These achievements helped me find my perfect place at Citizens Advice Liverpool.
