About the Role
Key Responsibilities
Lead project design, inception, and set-up.
Develop and implement a strategic Learning & Development (L&D) approach at the organisational level.
Embed a culture of continuous L&D, adopting the 70:20:10 approach.
Review and update training for new volunteer advisers.
Design tools for continuous professional development for all advisers.
Review recruitment and retention strategies for volunteers and staff.
Develop a Career Pathways tool with a visual representation of career opportunities and L&D paths.
Explore options to sustain positive project outcomes.
Monitor and evaluate project processes and impact.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and reporting requirements.
Requirements
Proven experience in strategic L&D project management, ideally within the non-profit or public sector.
Expertise in the 70:20:10 learning model or similar approaches.
Strong understanding of workforce development, recruitment, and retention strategies.
Ability to design and deliver flexible, engaging learning solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in creating career progression frameworks and tools.
Strong project management skills with the ability to evaluate and report on impact.
