Salary: £19,000 per annum
We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our team. Citizens Advice Liverpool is looking to recruit two full time experienced administrators to join our existing Administration Team working across Citizens Advice Liverpool sites.
As an Administrator within our service you will play an integral role in the organisational strength of Citizens Advice Liverpool.
The successful candidate will demonstrate, among other things:
At least one year experience of working in a busy office environment,
Have excellent written and verbal skills with a strong ability to be able to multi-task,
The ability to plan and organise own work to meet deadlines under pressure,
Excellent people skills, including the ability to deal appropriately with a range of people face-to-face and by telephone,
The ability to use IT systems and packages in the provision of initial client assessments, navigating online systems, record keeping and managing diaries,
Flexibility to travel between and work from a number of locations across Liverpool.
