Citizens Advice and DWP nationally have set up a referral system which is now in place and you should have received information about this through your internal communications.
Our client website page here lists a number of ways a claimant can get in touch with the Help to Claim team, including through face to face, phone and web chat.
Our project leaflet which can be downloaded here to be given to the claimant to take away. If you need some hard copies please ask a member of our team when they are next on site.
A member of our team will be providing support on a drop-in basis in JCP centres and by appointment at Citizens Advice Liverpool locations across the city. Our client website page here has information regarding our availability. We would particularly encourage anyone who needs support with a new claim and cannot be helped from JCP staff to be signposted to one of the centres listed so they can be supported to make their claim ASAP.
