NHS.UK has the latest advice and general information about coronavirus.
Get an isolation note
If you have symptoms
If you need time off work check your symptoms first and we'll tell you how to get a note to give to your employer.
If you live with someone with symptoms
You can also get an isolation note if you have to stay at home because someone you live with has symptoms.
Are you unable to leave home due to coronavirus?
Do you need help?
The Liverpool Good Neighbour scheme will match volunteers with people in need who don’t have anyone else nearby to help with day-to-day tasks.
The scheme is not designed to replace any social care or NHS services you may receive but it can give you additional support. If you have a medical condition that makes you extremely vulnerable to coronavirus you can register with GOV.UK for food parcels and other support.
Text message support
If you have coronavirus symptoms, you can share your mobile number to get updates about coronavirus from the NHS.
The texts will:
ask you how you are feeling
texts are free to receive
By signing up you’ll also help the NHS and other organisations understand more about coronavirus, and how it affects people.
If you reply, you’ll be charged at the standard provider rate.
You can stop the text messages at any time.
